OUR EXPRESS DELIVERY
1) For delivery in Italy: +1/2 working days
2) For delivery in European Countries: +3/5 working days (except customs operation)

Products purchased on this Website shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process in the field “Shipping Informations”.
Deliveries will be made once Notonlyspaghetti has received the total amount of the order.
All purchases shall be delivered by express Courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and national holidays. Notonlyspaghetti is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or those which are not attributable to it.
Once the products are shipped the customer shall receive a confirmation email that includes a link regarding the tracking of the shipment.
However, without prejudice to cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered products shall be delivered within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the day following the day in which Notonlyspaghetti confirmed the order to the customer through a specific order confirmation email.
ACTIVE DELIVERY SERVICES IN ITALY
The service features two delivery attempts which will be made at the address entered by the customer while placing the order. After each attempt, an attempted delivery note will be left at the recipient’s end.
Should the second attempt be unsuccessful, the Courier will try to telephone the recipient by ringing the phone number entered upon their order placement in order to arrange the delivery. Should customer be unavailable, merchandise will be sent back to the warehouse.
ACTIVE DELIVERY SERVICES ABROAD
Express Courier Shipments abroad may take place with different couriers depending on the destination country in order to guarantee customers the best available rate.
INSPECTION OF THE GOODS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The buyer is responsible for verifying the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery.
In the event that he/she notices that goods had anomalies on packaging and on the ordered quantity, the purchaser will be obliged to report it to the forwarder and sign with reserve the delivery document.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform Notonlyspaghetti, within 7 days from delivery, of any anomalies found, in order to provide, upon verification of the reserve, to replace the damaged goods or to integrate the missing goods compared to what was ordered.
